MINI-FIELDS PROJECT

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS 2025

Building a multisport mini-field in your community

To mark its tenth anniversary in 2023, the Montreal Impact Foundation has launched an ambitious project to build 10 multisport mini-fields over five years, with two fields built each year.

The initiative is being extended to several Quebec communities, with the aim of meeting the pressing need for sports facilities for young people, particularly in areas where these are scarce or non-existent.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The multisport mini-fields are built on an asphalt or concrete surface with an acrylic coating, that enables the practice of several sports. They are surrounded by a modular galvanized steel structure. This project is part of a vision of accessibility and welcoming for young people, with the collaboration of local partners dedicated to improving the quality of life of children and their families. This initiative offers young people a safe space in which to play and move around.
